When language is the real barrier
Many clients don't get stuck on motivation, but on language and culture. They don't understand the letter, or don't dare to ask the question.
I coach in Dutch, Polish and English, and have extensive experience with Ukrainian clients.
People who feel understood build trust faster. And with trust comes movement.

Reintegration coach, and an entrepreneur himself. Alongside UWV programmes I work with a culturally sensitive approach within WMO and IAG programmes (intensive outpatient family treatment). I work independently, commissioned by your agency, and keep lines short. Down to earth, practical and always at the client's pace.

Which region do you cover?
Rotterdam and all of South Holland, on location and online. Other regions by arrangement.
Which languages do you coach in?
Dutch and Polish, both native, and English. I also have extensive experience with Ukrainian clients.
How do you report?
Within the UWV frameworks, in your own templates or reporting system: reintegration plan, progress reports and final report.
How do I refer a client?
Use the Refer a client button, or call. Mention the service, the region and the client's language. I receive documents afterwards through your usual secure channel.
Are you a client?
Welcome. You don't need to arrange anything: UWV or your reintegration agency refers you to me. Then it goes like this:
