Who I am

Better Mindset is the sole proprietorship of Jaroslav Klimkowski, Chamber of Commerce 98065734.

Two situations

Within a UWV trajectory, your reintegration agency decides what happens with your data. I process it on their behalf and follow their agreements. For private coaching I'm responsible myself.

What data

Your name, contact details and what you tell me in messages and conversations. Within a UWV trajectory I also receive the data needed to carry out the trajectory.

What for

To stay in touch, to carry out the trajectory and, within a UWV trajectory, to report to your reintegration agency. Nothing else.

Who helps me

For email I use Google Workspace. If you contact me via WhatsApp, that runs through WhatsApp (Meta).

Retention

I keep data no longer than the trajectory requires, and after that only as long as the law demands.

This website

This site uses no cookies, no trackers and no ads. Fonts load from this server. The server briefly keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, for security.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data, as far as the law allows. Email info@bettermindset.nl. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
